So I am single again. It finally all came to an end a few weeks ago. It’s been a difficult few months and things just finally came to a head. I hope that we can still remain friends, but I have also said that I am not a very good ex-boyfriend although I am trying this time I think. I’m trying to be as positive as I can and I hope she is doing ok, I don’t wish her any ill and want her to be happy, its just difficult knowing she will be moving on.

Anyway…..

Got allot of rearranging to do now for the next few weeks and months now. For a start Orange Wednesday just became a waste of time! Now I get a free ticket but no one to go with to use it Do I get it anyway in case the cinema is busy, or, and this is more tricky, try and find someone else who will spend that much time sat next to me!? Also there were a few things planned over the summer that I need to either cancel or make other arrangements. KampKrusty is really a couples things, or at least a pairs thing so need to find someone else to go with now. 2 weddings to go to, one which at the moment the Bride and Groom to be have told me if I go alone I have to be their slave for the day, so really want to find someone to take.

But things aren’t all doom and gloom. I have an extreme sports festival to go to in a couple of weeks, and hopefully a new job to start in a month or so. Also I have realised how good a few of my friends are over the last couple of weeks, thanks for that. They have gone out of their way to re-arrange some plans, even if Ian was a bit grumpy. M&M have been running around after me as well while my car was out of action, so thanks guys. Also someone has stepped forward as a super friend, being there for me and really being a support for me when I needed them, and putting up with me when I am a real grumpy old git, thank you, I hope I can return the help sometime.

That’s about it for now. Oh the above link won’t work yet, The site is on my new server, which I still haven’t got Apache working, but hopefully will in the next day or too, and it should be busier soon with a total of upto 10 visitors to it!!!!

It was Charlie’s birthday last Friday, so I took the day off work to train down to her Uni to surprise her. Every time I use the train, apart from maybe going to London, it reminds me of why I hate public transport. The only good thing about it was that I could listen to my iPod and didn’t have worry about being a bit tired while driving, but still it cost me £15 for a single journey, it just seems silly. Anyway.

I arrived at the back of Charlie’s flat, after getting a little lost in the town, just as she was coming out of her last lecture of the day. She was a little surprised, although I suspect she thought I might be coming down early. We then hung around for a bit in her flat, then one of her friends had arranged for us to all go out for a meal. We ended up at Zizzi’s as no one had booked and getting a table for 11 on a Friday night is not the easiest thing! It was really nice and we had a great time.

Then we went to Lloyds, which is just awful, it’s what I would call a plub, not a pub, not a club, but somewhere in-between. I hate then. If you want to go out for a dance and loud music got to a club, if you want to go out and chat with your mates you go to a pub, what is the point in something in between? It’s too loud to talk and too busy to dance (if that’s what you want to do!) Or am I just getting old? Although I have thought that since I went to Uni.

It all gets a little cloudy after that, we went to Wetherspoons; I met a mate who lives in the area. Then we went back to the Uni, there was some left over cold rice, and then I watched some family guy while falling asleep.

We didn’t get up on sat till about 12 when we went back to the same Wetherspoons for breakfast/lunch, then did a little shopping.

Finished off the weekend by going to my parents for a big old roast, which was really nice and Charlie played with my niece for the afternoon.

It was a really good weekend, I also managed to fit in some time for playing with my newly softmodded Xbox, which is so cool. Just got some book marks to add and then change the theme pack’s a bit, but it’s looking really good, it’s nice to be able to watch all the movies I’ve got on a bigger screen again!

So I thought I better put something on here as I haven’t for a while now, and Charlie actually seemed quite annoyed I hadn’t, probably cause she wants me to write how sad I am she’s away. :p

To be honest not alot is going on in my life, shockingly. I had an offer recently of doing some work for the UN out in Afganistan and Iraq, which was a bit scarey, but good money so was very interested, but that all fell through, so no dead Dave, but also no big wod’s of cash!

The only other major thing that happened was that we we’re sent an eviction notice from our letting agents, so thought we had to move out. But then found at that they are ment to send this every six months so that if they decide they want us out they have already given us our notice, but this is in fact the first time they have ever done it, useless gits!

Well friday has rolled around again, another week gone. Its the first full week Charlie and I haven’t seen each other in about a year probably. Its been really odd, I hadn’t realised quite how much I would miss her until I actually drove away from Chichester last sat afternoon. Spent the week trying to do things in the evening more so I was ocupid, visited some friends, one I haven’t seen in a year and some I see all the time, I also installed a new game, Black and White 2, which I then made some changes to the set up files to cheat a little, then I realised I had cheated to much and now the game is no fun as its now so easy. Opps
